Our March 2025 Tallawong handover found the kind of items owners only notice years later: no isolation joint between the slab and driveway, render covering control joints, a dented roof sheet, cladding too close to the soil and an upstairs bedroom window with no 125mm opening limit. The April 2026 handover was finish work: drawers, benchtop joins, door frames and a puddle flange junction left unsealed.
